Born in Germany, Thomas earned a Master’s degree in Musicology and a Certificate in Music Management (IHK) with distinction, later training under legendary industry figure Fritz Rau. His career has taken him across the globe as a manager of orchestras, choirs, and world-class artists spanning pop and classical music, including Sir Elton John, Anne-Sophie Mutter, Mstislav Rostropovich, and Boney M.

For over 20 years he was a director of INTERKULTUR Germany and a driving force behind the renowned World Choir Games. Today, Thomas continues to combine academic expertise with practical artistry as Professor of Music Management and Musicology at Liceo de Cagayan University in the Philippines, inspiring future generations while remaining active internationally as a jury member, organizer, and performer.
